BIZI's Technology Certification Laboratory (TCL)
Quality and certification have been imperatives at BIZI from the outset. BIZI's TCL dates back to the founding of the company in the mid 1980's. Our TCL Manager was one of BIZI's first four employees. Our Technology Services team has over 30 combined years of experience ensuring BIZI's products are of the highest quality available in the secondary market. Today, our TCL facility is responsible for developing and implementing testing and diagnostic procedures based on manufacturing specifications for multi-vendor platforms. The BIZI VoIP Lab, one of BIZI's core competitive advantages, performs and implements our eight-step Next2New re-certification program to ensure problem-free installation and use once the equipment arrives at your facility.

BIZI's "Next2New" Certification Program
BIZI's Next2New re-certification process transforms pre-owned technology equipment into BIZI Next2New certified equipment. We deal with the hassles and remove the headaches inherent in buying used equipment. When you buy BIZI Next2New equipment you receive VoIP products that are at baseline factory state and up to the latest possible revision levels. The process includes an exhaustive series of diagnostic tests to complete the BIZI Next2New Certification Program and ensure that our equipment meets the original manufacturer specifications. Any equipment that does not meet these requirements will not pass certification.

Step 1 - Product Verification
BIZI's VoIP Lab verifies that the equipment and manufacturer model numbers match the specific product worksheet when it arrives at our VoIP Lab facility. A physical inspection of the equipment is done to verify its condition. Only equipment that qualifies as Next2New is processed for further re-certification.

Step 2- Initial Diagnostic Testing
BIZI VoIP Lab personnel follow an extensive diagnostic testing process to verify that manufacturer specifications are met. The process has specific checkpoints in which all functions of the instrument are tested including checking self-diagnostics and troubleshooting for electrical and mechanical failures.

Step 3 - Standards Verification
BIZI VoIP Lab verifies product performance and compatibility by configuring and testing all equipment under real conditions to insure proper industry compliance. During this phase, BIZI VoIP Lab personnel make any repairs or adjustments necessary to certify the Voip equipment as Next2New.

Step 4 - Retest the Diagnostic
When required engineering upgrades are made to the equipment, the product is retested at the diagnostic level to ensure manufacturer specifications have been maintained.

Step 5 - Burn-in Testing
BIZI's Next2New Certification Program includes a burn-in period where the equipment is run for an extended period of time as required to assure that the unit is free of potential thermal issues.

Step 6 - Calibration and Certification
BIZI's Next2New Certification Program includes NIST calibration of the unit upon request. Calibration Certificates and Calibration Data are also available.

Step 7 - Reconditioning
Every single piece of BIZI Next2New equipment is thoroughly detailed so that it looks like new equipment.

Step 8 - Quality Control Inspection
After undergoing this rigorous testing and certification process, BIZI Quality Control personnel review test sheets for conformance to the certification process and inspect equipment to ensure it is worthy of the BIZI Next2New Certification label.
